Genre
The Kooks music fits comfortably into the 'indie pop' genre. Some typical aspects that would be common to see in their videos is instruments such as guitars and drums etc. Lip syncing is also a common factor in an indie pop video. Many indie pop videos are performance videos although they do have some narrative videos.
Previous Videos
The kooks videos are similar to each other. They're always playing an instrument in their videos and they tend to walk into different scenes. The kooks are always plainly dressed and this reflects in their videos as they never really have any kind of excitement into the videos that they make.

When i question indie pop fans i asked them what they would expect to see in The Kooks videos. The results i got were;
